		<description>I assume those are your own personal definitions, since many people would say that we are not yet at Web 2.0; also I&#039;ve heard many varying definitions for Web 3.0.  In the end, the comical thing is that there is really no such thing as Web number point number, it&#039;s all just people&#039;s opinions.</description>
